Every child deserves a Merry Christmas.
Mission
While most of us look forward to the holidays, Christmas can be a particularly stressful time for children in low-income families. Friends at school excitedly chatter about presents they’ve asked for from Santa, and parents and guardians feel pressured to choose between meals on the table or gifts under the tree.
Anonymous Santa is for families who cannot afford to purchase gifts for their children. Our program offers an opportunity for parents to select gifts in a Holiday Store at the Main Street Church in North Branch, MN. Only new, non-violent toys and gifts are distributed along with mittens and hats, books & videos, board games, balls, and stocking-stuffers. Children from ages newborn to 18 (and in high school) are eligible for this program.

Providing Christmas With Dignity
History
Anonymous Santa was started over 30 years ago in the small community of Almelund, Minnesota, where two families were blessed by the generosity of Lin Strong and her children. For the past three decades we have grown and now serve all of Chisago County and the Forest Lake School District. What started with two families has grown to 450 to 500 families with as many as 1,350 children, and counting.
